COST Update

The COST (European Cooperation in Science and Technology) programme is an EU‑funded initiative that supports international research and innovation networks, known as COST Actions. Instead of funding research directly, it finances collaboration activities such as meetings, workshops, training schools and short-term scientific exchanges, helping researchers across Europe and beyond connect, share knowledge, and develop new ideas.

COST will announce the results of it’s 2025 call on 20th May.  80 new Actions will be launched and will commence activities in Q4 2026.  The full list of new Actions will be published here. Working groups and management committee positions will open for applications from late June.

COST will open its 2026 call on 31st July and proposals will be collected at 1200 Noon on 28th October.  Full details can be found here.
