We are coming to the end of the 2023/2024 Work Programme but there are still some opportunities available to apply for funding under Destination 3 and 4.  There is currently €188.6 million dedicated to energy topics for these funding calls. Destination 3 - Sustainable, Secure and Competitive Energy Supply

Destination 3 has a budget of €138.6 million for the 2024 calls.

There are four Calls under HORIZON-CL5-2024-D3-02 that will open on the 17th of September 2024 and have a deadline of the 4th of February 2025.  There are 13 topics covered by these Calls that include, Offshore wind, Solar, Synthetic renewable fuel technologies, Ocean energy, Renewable energy management systems, CCUS, among others.  For further information on these opportunities, click on the link below and it will bring you to the EU Funding and Tenders portal.

Destination 4 - Efficient, Sustainable and Inclusive Energy Use

Destination 4 has a budget of €50 million for the 2024 Calls.

There are five Calls under HORIZON-CL5-2024-D4-02 that will open on the 17th of September 2024 and have a deadline of the 4th of February 2025.  Some of the topics covered by these Calls include Zero Emission Buildings, Positive Energy Districts, Historical Buildings, Electrification of Heat, Renewable Technology Integration, Lifecycle Data, Decarbonisation, Smart Grid Readiness, Circular Energy Renovation, Building Information Modelling, and Participative Urban Planning, amongst others.
